Practice IELTS Part 2 — the 2-minute monologue. Here is your cue card: Describe a time when you helped someone. You should say: • who you helped • how you helped them • why you decided to help and explain how you felt about it afterwards. After you press Start, the examiner will give you 1 minute to prepare, then ask you to speak for up to 2 minutes. The examiner will listen silently, just like the real test. Press Start when you are ready to begin.
